Cross Country Physicals & FamilyID Registration

• Online registration is now open & close in July
  • There is no 'Freshman' option when creating FamilyID so please click JV 
• XC Online Registration & Paperwork is due to MTHS Nurses’ Office
  • To find paperwork needed for Family ID, physicals/paperwork & ImPACT Testing go the Athletics Home Page

Team Requirements
To be a part of the 2024 XC Team you MUST:

• Attend summer practice starting Monday, August 19th.  Practices are Monday-Friday @ 7am-9:30am in Thompson Park. (Fir Drive entrance (same as dog park entrance) we will meet near the first parking lot)
• Time Trial: Friday, August 23rd (Rain Date Monday, August 26th)
• Hit the time trial time on our 3.1 miles home course:
  • 1st year trying out = 35 minutes or under 
  • 2nd year trying out = 33:30 or under
  • 3rd year trying out = 31:30 or under
  • 4th year trying out = 30 minutes or under
